Special Panel To Investigate April 28 Rally Video 

KUALA LUMPUR : A special panel comprising members of the Royal Malaysian Police and Human Rights Commission of Malaysia will be formed to investigate a video compilation of the April 28 rally, which will be issued by the home ministry Saturday. Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar gave an assurance that the panel would investigate the video in a fair and thorough manner.

“We are liaising with the home ministry. The video will be investigated soon,” he told reporters after officiating the ‘Dekad Kecemerlangan Anak Polis (Dakap) programme at Bukit Sentosa Pulapol in Rawang here.

Yesterday, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said the video would be distributed to the media and uploaded in the ministry’s website.
