KOTA KINABALU, Jan 11: Malaysia has lost a good man and a leader who had foresight, said Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman of Sarawak Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem who died today.
He said Adenan had been a leader who understood the sentiments of the people.
“I have lost not only a comrade but also a good friend.
“On behalf of the Sabah state government and the people of Sabah, I wish to extend my deepest condolences to the family and the people of Sarawak on their loss,” he said in a statement here.
Adenan, 72, died at 1.20pm at the Sarawak Heart Centre in Kota Samarahan, Kuching.
